Every local church has the opportunity to reach the youth in their local community, but many haven’t tapped into this ministry’s full potential yet. Come experience this jump-starting opportunity to learn how you can serve these youth with what you already have and figure out what pieces need to come into place. You will connect with other youth leaders in the same stages of this exciting journey and will leave refreshed and excited for a movement in your church!

What: “How To Start A Youth Group” Lay Servant Class led by
Zach McNees (Heartland District and Valley Church) and Michelle Gray (Evart UMC)

When: Saturday, April 16 and 30, 2016 from 9am-3pm

Where: Alma First UMC, 501 Gratiot Ave, Alma, MI 48801

Who: Open to any adult leaders, parents, pastors, or volunteers interested in
starting or rebooting the youth ministry in their local church (open to all UMC
churches in any District/Conference)

Cost: $10 plus cost of books (purchase on own & bring with you to class)

This class if for churches who want to start a new youth group or want to help organize and strengthen the youth ministry that you already have!
